AME 2024 Conference Highlights
This year we had an terrific line up of speakers.
Tawnya Williams-Christensen was our first speaker, and she talked about how to be healthier through connections. She gave us practical tips that are easy to use in our daily lives.
We then heard from our panel of experts, including Kimberly Akers, Henry Grosjean, Dr. Jaimie Sparrow and Vickie Aigner. They shared insights on "what we can do today to prepare for our tomorrow" and answered many of our questions.
Our Keynote Speaker was Social Gerontologist Benjamin Surmi who helped debunk aging myths as well as explore the profound impact of a positive perspective on health. He also shared inspiring stories of local seniors who are living their best lives.
