Cathy Franks, Administrative Assistant

Cathy was born in Northern California where she had a career in banking and real estate. She moved to Arizona in 2004, and in 2005 changed her career to work with special needs kids for the Chandler Unified School District. She also coached special needs kids for Unified Sports.

She moved to Sun Lakes in 2017, and wanted to find a way to service the community that she had come to love. That is why she is so happy to have found, and joined the Neighbors Who Care Team.
