Fall Fair Vendor/Exhibitor Tables
- Cost per table is $100 if paid by 9/30/19; $125 per table afterward.
- Vendor space and exhibit table reservation deadline is 10/15/2019.
- Nonprofit/faith-based organizations may participate at no charge (indicate below).
WHAT YOU GET: As a participant, you will connect and share information about your services with over 700 friends and neighbors from Sun Lakes, Chandler, and beyond. With your registration, you will get a 10’x10′ space, a 6′ table, and two folding chairs We will also be promoting the fair in area publications and social media, and will provide you with promotional materials to use with your own marketing list. You may also include giveaway items at your table for your own purposes.
WHAT YOU NEED: We highly recommend that you bring your own tablecloth and a pop up sunshade, as we cannot guarantee that you will be located in a shaded area. Electricity will be available on a very limited basis, so please let us know if you require an outlet when registering.
All Vendors must attend one of two brief logistics meetings at 4:00pm on either Monday, October 28th or Tuesday, October 29 at our office. You will receive table assignments at this meeting.
